Welcome to Flying Beach Company, LLC, doing business as Resumes by Trevor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our resume optimization services ("Services") by you, the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

Our Services involve providing suggestions and recommendations for optimizing your resume based on studies and data that may help improve the chances of receiving callbacks from recruiters. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to job offers, recruiter callbacks, increased clicks, engagement, or improved performance of your resume.

3. Client Obligations

Payment: You agree to pay the full amount for the Services upfront. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Submission: You are responsible for submitting your resume to us through our designated form on the website. If the form is unavailable, you must email your resume to trevor@resumesbytrevor.com. Failure to submit your resume will not entitle you to a refund.
Donation: All payments are considered donations to Flying Beach Company, LLC. By making a payment, you acknowledge that the amount paid is non-refundable and does not entitle you to any specific outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and delivery of the Services, all rights, title, and interest in the optimized resume and any related documents fully transfer to you. We retain no ownership or intellectual property rights over the delivered materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the effectiveness, success, or outcomes of our Services. All Services are provided "as-is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Legal Recourse: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any and all rights to bring any legal action, claim, or demand against Flying Beach Company, LLC, Resumes by Trevor, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or any associated entities ("Released Parties") arising out of or related to the Services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
Compliance: These Terms are intended to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Should any portion of these Terms be found to be unenforceable or illegal under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including any breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse Services at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. If work has already begun on your resume, your request for cancellation will not be honored, and no refund will be issued. All transactions are final.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to local, state, city, county, and federal laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within such applicable jurisdictions.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flying Beach Company, LLC, regarding your use of our Services. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are hereby superseded.
